Climate Quilt Official Contest Rules

 

1. Eligibility: Open to youth K-12 (ages 6–18) worldwide. Submissions must be original artwork.

2. Themes:

    • NOW – the current state of our world and climate.
    • FUTURE – a vision of a thriving tomorrow where nature wins and systems change leads to a sustainable planet.

3. Submission: Upload your artwork at Submit Art. Include your name, email, title, and description. Participants may submit one piece of artwork to each of the two themes, for a total of 2 submissions from any one participant.

4. Deadline: The Climate Quilt youth art challenge has no deadline for entries and all entries will be considered on a rolling basis.

5. Format: Artwork must be submitted as an image file (.jpg or .png) under 10 MB.

6. Selection: Entries may be chosen for online display, exhibitions, or educational resources. Selection is at the discretion of the Climate Quilt team.

7. Rights: By submitting, you (and your parent/guardian if under 18) grant Climate Quilt permission to use your artwork in exhibits, online galleries, and related educational materials. You keep full ownership and copyright.

8. Consent: If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must check the consent box before submitting.
